You agree not to use Salve for emergency medical situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse, including but not limited to: automated access, attempts to access other users' data, or use that degrades service for others.
Salve offers a free tier and a premium subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; Salve does not store your credit card information. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time through the billing portal in Settings. Tier changes (upgrade or downgrade) take effect immediately.
AI features (Sage chat, health insights, news analysis, form assistance) use third-party AI providers (Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) and require your explicit consent before any health data is shared. AI-generated responses are not medical advice. Always consult your healthcare providers.
Free accounts have daily AI usage limits and can save up to 5 chat conversations. Premium accounts have higher limits and unlimited chat history. When using AI to modify your health records (adding medications, logging vitals, etc.), destructive actions always require your confirmation before executing.
Salve is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salve and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to health decisions made based on information displayed in the app.
